The BCG Singapore office was founded in 1995 and is located in the heart of the Central Business Districts at Raffles Place, overlooking Marina Bay and historic sites along the Singapore River. In recent years the office has experienced unprecedented growth providing a dynamic and exciting work environment. The Singapore team revel in helping shape businesses and creating impact for clients.

BCG Singapore’s client base includes leading firms in consumer goods, energy, financial services, healthcare, media, technology, telecommunications, and utilities. The team supports assignments ranging from general strategy and market entry to organizational strategy and operational improvement. The client portfolio includes a mix of top local companies, state-owned enterprises, and multinational corporations. BCG Singapore has helped its clients put in place structural changes that have played a key role in the development of the Singaporean economy.

BCG Singapore is the hub of BCG Southeast Asia (SEA). Together with the other SEA offices in Bangkok, Jakarta and Kuala Lumpur, the offices work together as an integrated system with constant interaction among regional colleagues, sharing opportunities to transfer among the offices and to collaborate on projects throughout the region.

Staff in Singapore place a high priority on giving something back and are involved in a variety of community causes and pro bono efforts. The business@school program—an educational initiative that aims to build bridges between business and schools—has BCG consultants coaching students to impart real-life business know-how and skills. In addition to this, every month volunteer staff actively work with the Chao Yang Special School, and through the GAYE (Give as you Earn) program provide financial support to Beyond Social Services—a local charity dedicated to reducing delinquency among children and youths from less privileged backgrounds. The office also practices a dollar-for-dollar match on all charitable contributions.
